I have stocked up on oils. I take loads of coconut oil and olive oil. Then i eat fruits and vegetables (more vegetables) and high protein meals/ protein shake.
I will try fish oil again but once i felt worse psychologically. Can it be that this "feeling worse" wears off after time? It seems odd to me that it would make me worse.
So i am all about healthy fats and protein.

I have gone all the way from 210 lbs to 160 lbs . I am aiming for a little below 150 before i try to put on lean mass.
