Has anyone experienced success taking magnolia bark extract for anxiety, headache, sleep.
I've tried it and it's been working well. In fact as well as phenibut, but with to tolerance issues yet, but I've only been taking it for five days. I've been searching for ways to get off all meds. Meds slow my brain down and I just can't have that while at work.

I've never tried it, but I'll probably order some in the next month or two. It appears to work by reducing inflammation in the brain. Keep us posted on how it works for you.
Here's a study about honokiol, which is extracted from magnolia bark.

Thanks for the link to that study. I am still experiencing success with this supplement, but I rotate through it. I also use Kava and picamilon. I stay two days on each, keeping them effective while avoiding tolerence. I take 75mg of clomipramine every day. Without the supplements clomipramine is ompletely inaffective...I use Liftmode.com as my source for magnolia and picamilon.
Hope you also find some success.
