Abandoning this avenue until further evidence of effective treatment of trauma and addiction using these substances has been proven under scientific conditions. I can't an answer from anyone beyond, "it probably isn't a good idea if you are badly fragmented from very early in life through chronic trauma", and that's me in a nutshell.

I think thats a good plan.

In my desperation i ingested large amounts of iboga.. Probably thank goodness it didn't kick in.

I hear you. In my present state of chronic trauma (divorcing) at best I have to stay true to my medication regime, and not try to mess around by playing chemistry set with my body. At best it would have to be closely supervised, and that's not possible either.

Instead, I am staying as healthy as I can and staying in the moment. Not looking down the road too far and seeing dead ends.

Thanks.
