Crystals and Gemstones for Depression

Posted by Lao Tzu on May 1, 2013, at 14:06:28

I just wanted to share some of the crystals and stones I have used over the years for depression and anxiety symptoms. Everybody's energy signatures are different so you might have to try different crystals and stones to see which ones help you.

Some that have helped me are:

Clear Crystal Quartz

Aquamarine

Turquoise (Use good quality)

Black Tourmaline

Amazonite

Lapis Lazuli

Emerald

Sapphire

Amethyst

You can buy some of these at a discount from Mineral Miners.com. A little more pricy site is Gemisphere.com but they have the best therapeutic quality in my estimation.

Carry or wear the crystals for at least 20-30 minutes a day. You can wear them longer, but I prefer short sessions with the crystals each day. In the beginning, you may have to wear them a lot longer, but eventually you won't need to.

Crystals and stones are just another tool in the fight against depression. Like herbs and vitamins, they are a type of natural medicine that can be very useful in your pursuit of happiness.

Cheers!!

Turquoise now is my ultimate go-to stone for depression. If you wear it for 30-45 minutes a day, it has a very uplifting energy and will brighten your spirits. I like the blue-green or green variety the most.

Jasper stone---very gentle and supportive crystal

Hi. Lately, I've been wearing a lot of Jasper stone for emotional health. Red jasper, poppy jasper (for energy), yellow jasper, and ocean jasper. They are very comforting stones if you have depression. And they are inexpensive. Some people are very sensitive to the crystals I mentioned in my previous post, but Jasper stones are very gently acting on the body and mind. Just wanted to let all those interested in crystal healing know about Jasper. I've been doing crystal healing for more than 10 years now. But I also want to let you know that crystal healing is to complement any drug therapy or supplements you are taking. They seem to work together.

Wish you all well!!
