I have been having pain/inflammation in right arm/shoulder for awhile. It has been getting really bad. In fact I just got back from the pharmacy, I got a prescription for those lidocaine patches. $250 for a box of 30! I just used one and yes they work but I cannot afford a refill of these.
I have concluded that most MD and pharmacists do not know about herb/drug interactions. My pdoc is basically anti supplement and thinks everything is going to make me manic or something. I'm desperate and am probably going to start the Zyflammend, I guess you start with 1 for two weeks then go up to 2. If I feel weird I guess I'll stop. I'm starting physical therapy tomorrow.
What has kept you from taking it? herpills

I took a few and figured another one that doesn't work. Didn't notice a thing when did take them. Interesting thing is after I bought them I found another bottle in the cabinet of them and I didn't take them either. I don't think they can hurt you. I wouldnt put them in the actual herb category. Now you have me curious will google them later as sure I did first time and see why I bought them? Phillipa

I have taken Zyflamend on and off for several years and never experienced side effects. I didn't experienced anything positive either, but I take them because I was treated for prostate cancer and studies indicate they help protect against recurrence. I've not had a recurrence but of course don't know if the Zyflamend is a factor or not. I take other supplements that are also reputed to protect against recurrence. Some or all may have helped, but perhaps the treatment itself was sufficient.

I have few problems with arthritis, so I couldn't say. All I can say for sure is that I have no noticeable side effects from Zyflamend.
