Again, everyone responds differently to supplements. Here, I have been taking ground flaxseed for over two years, and about a year ago started noticing pain/inflammation under my right rib, it had gotten so bad that I was taking advil or supplements for anti-inflammatory use. Since flaxseed has been touted as only good for everything(including wood) and it can't do anything wrong in the body, I never considered it a culprit. Besides my wellness dr prescribed it as part of a protocol to balance my 'horomones'. Well, after several pelvic ultrasounds, and now a CT scan, I started dropping supplements from my diet and saw a change almost immediately! The ultrasounds were negative, the CT scan, I don't know yet the results. If my GallBladder is trashed, I know what to blame! I guess my body was saying, "enough is enough!"

It didn't much agree with me either.
I have blueberries mixed with chia seeds for breakfast and this works OK for me.

Flaxseed oil refridgerated type got rid of dry eyes for me so could have PRK lasix surgery about 8 years ago. I like it? It's the fish oil that causes me the problems with rashes and irritability. We are all so different. Phillipa
