Hi babblers, I wanted your opinion on a vitamin complex I purchased: Solgar Ultimate B+C Complex Stress Formula. Two concerns: 10mg L-Glutamic acid (isn't glutamate bad?), and, of course, the fact that B6 and Nardil are mutually inactivating.
