I read somewhere that these 2 are not recommended as they produce Vit A.
Anyone aware of this ? Phillipa ?cu.

You need vitamin D. What you want to do is go to the doc and get your levels checked. I don't know anything about vitamin D or fish oil increasing levels of vitamin A, I really don't think either do. I believe you need a certain amount of vitamin A in order to protect against high levels of vitamin D. Anyway, you need both vitamin D and vitamin A. Most of us would also probably benefit from fish oil. Cod liver oil has vitamin A and vitamin D in it, maybe that is what got you confused.
