Hello. I notice that in sunny days I wake up much better. But the effect is not from sun expossure, just that there is sun in the morning even if I sleep in a dark room.
How can this be?. Thanks

The sun is probably still making it into your room just enough to influence your waking in the morning. I believe the sun has a stimulating effect on certain neurotransmitters in the brain. It's effects are pretty powerful and does not take much to notice a difference. I have experienced the same sensitivity to the sun in the morning. I too have had my blinds blocking most of the sunlight but would still notice I was waking up easier on sunny days.
