Just read something saying that supplementing with garlic may improve mood. Anyone out there who has tried this?

I remember a fairly recent thread about this, I think it started on the med board a few months ago. (I think curcumin might also have been discussed in the same thread.)

am experimenting with garlic/coffee enemas. yes.
have adopted other aspects of the Gerson therapy.
doing fairly well over the past week or so since starting.
worth a try.
