As you know, I'm tapering off of valium, and am looking for some assistance.
I used to take a lot of glutamine while body building.
I took 5 grams the other day, and for the first time in more than 5 years, i didn't have anxiety or a panic attack on an airplane.
I also hear that L Theanine (200-600 3 times a day) might help for benzo WD
My supp assistance for benzo will be as follows:
Niacinimide (2 grams)
magnesium (1000mg)
calcium (2000mg)
l glutamine (15 grams)
theanine (200-600 3x daily) what dose would you recommend?Sound good?
Would a b complex be ok?

It's a good idea to have a plan, but I can't predict how you will respond to these substances or those doses. I would suggest you adopt an "as needed, as tolerated" dosing strategy. If you can get by without these supps, then do it. Save them for when you feel you need some help.
