I would invite everyone on this site to check out this awesome website. It's filled with a ton of articles on treating mental illness with nutrients, everything from ADD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia. I must say that this information has truly helped me in many ways. Some of the articles do mention the need for a little medication in addition to a nutrient regimen, at least in the beginning of treatment. Some people with severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia have to remain on some type of medication, but usually they get much better when adding the nutrients to their medication, and some people totally wean off medication completely and just use a supplement regimen. If you are looking for answers to possible ways to treat your illness nutritionally, then this is the website to visit. Like I said, this information has helped me greatly, and I have one of the most severe mental illnesses, schizophrenia. God bless all of you. :)
