I've read that one of the symptoms of zinc or manganese deficiency is fatigue. In my case, however, neither zinc nor manganese help me with energy. I find both of them to be more like depressants. I personally think zinc is great if you have high anxiety, but I would always recommend starting off at a low dose, say 15-30mg, because it is said your body only needs about 15mg of zinc a day. I personally hate manganese. It actually makes my depression worse, but that's just my experience.

You have to be careful with manganese. Too much can be toxic if I am correct.

Also, be careful not to take too much Zinc as it will cause a Copper deficiency. Besides Copper, too much Zinc may also deplete other minerals such as Iron and Manganese.
Copper and/or Iron deficiency will cause anemia and fatigue, so the fatigue that you're describing could be symptoms of deficiencies of Copper and/or Iron.
