Have found that during low energy depressions, a combo of B1, B5, Vitamin C, and some acetyl-l-carnitine help. COq10 helps too, but unfortunately, it made me nauseous.

Yeah, I noticed q10 makes me nausious as well! It is an interesting supplement though. It almost seems like a mood stabilizer.
