Hi , I have added a few things to my morning ritual that have helped my brain fog tremendously and given me a lot more nergy to get through the day.
Its decaf green tea + a tablespoon of virgin coconut oil in it + a teaspoon of ribose powder.
All of these give you energy and I have no t had any anxiety side effects. If anyone has severe brain fog , you might want to try it out. They are pretty harmless, so it would be worth trying for some.

I'm familiar with the others, but what is Ribose?

Thanks for the info. I'm always looking for things to help with this. Did you start them all at the same time? I'm just wondering if one or even two of them are mostly responsible for your increased energy rather than all three of them.

I definitely think the ribose and coconut oil together are a good mix- virgin coconut oil is good for health in many ways. Ribose is probably stronger, but slowly ramp up the dose, because if you get too much at once, I noticed it makes me temporarily a little jittery.
green tea is just an easy medium to take them both in, I don;t think decaf green team makes a difference at all..
Good luckJB
