I react a little to it (sinus mucous) but other than that it was fine.
I think I preferred skullcap.

So, I took a passion flower supplement containing 2000 mg passiflora, indicated for insomnia. Now I don't suffer from insomnia, more "anxious edginess", but I decided to try it anyway, hoping that good rest will reduce this anxiety.
Well let me tell you, it was awful. I lay awake the whole night writhing in agony from stomach cramps. Perhaps my mistake was to take it on an empty stomach. Perhaps it was just coincidence. I'll try it again some time, though not on an empty stomach this time.
