i think i accidently took my fish oil dose twice this morn, and am moving much faster than usual. this triggers nervous eating etc...
anyway, is there a supplement to counter this effect?
i think this has something to do with fish oil's effects on dopamine/norepinephrine.

For me I had to let it pass and stop fish oil. I have read from quite a few people here that have had anxiety on fish oil. I wish I knew the cause. I think some have said it is high EPA. Have you ever tried flax seed oil?
