Is there anything "alternative" that can help for ocd (I put that in quotes because there is no reason psychiatric drugs should be considered conventional just because it's more profitable to invest in developing them)?

Hello:
I tried 500 mg before bed and slept ok which is probably due to the remeron. I had anxiety right away that seemed to be located in my chest. I didn't think much of it at first so I tried another 500 mg the next morning and not too much later the anxiety picked up and last until that evening. I didn't take it today and felt much better. I guess this is one to discard for me. Too bad as I had high hopes.
