any ideas? i'm allergic to everything airborne. molds, pollens, pet dander...i've searched the web and tried a few things. no luck.
i recently went on a high protein diet, and my allergies seemed to get worse. bummer.

Well, the idea is that, insofar as you can, you avoid the allergen so your immune system can settle down.
Here are some things that might help with allergies.
Albizia
Baicall skullcap
Quercetin
Rosemarinic acid (I think, obviously from rosemary)
Vitamin C

The supplement that has helped me the most is fish oil... it's outstanding (!)
