Has anyone ever heard or had any experience regarding this device called the stress eraser? Is there anything to it or is it likely a waste of time? Thanks.

I purchased a stress-eraser and then returned it.
I think there was something to it, but I couldn't maintain the breathing rythym for very long because my heart kept palpitating.
When I could keep the rythym I did find it soothing.
