Can anyone recommend some high quality Hypnosis/Affirmations CD or MP3 downloads?
There are a TON of these on the market today and I am assuming some are better than other in effectiveness and quality and I am not sure where to start.
I know these can not compete with a real hypnotherapist but I want something I can do at home.
What I am looking for mostly is Anxiety relief.
Thanks,
Gadman

Paul McKenna ones are as good as any really. I find them mildly relaxing, the anxiety is always there though as vicious as ever. If you got the time and really I suppose it's worth making the time, then autogenic training CDs are probably the best. Even the NHS Mental Health teams in the UK use autogenic training tapes/CDs.

If you decide to pursue it, it will probably be one of the most important investments of time you will ever make."http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autogenic_Training
Bwgen, Neuro Programmer and Sharm are good at inducing relaxation as well. They are all computer programs. They both cost money though, you can get trial versions though to see if they are for you.http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/np/

Have you done any of this work?????
It sounds GREAT.
I go to my general Practitioner for hypnosis & it has certainly been successful. He says that we can easily induce that state ourselves.
I've only check a couple of these sights yet, but thanks for posting them & I'd like to hear your experiences.
thx Kath
