Does anyone have experience with TMG for anxiety/depression/fatigue? I've been taking 1.5g a day for over a month it doen't seem to be doing anything. Would a higher dose be more effective?

Does it keep you awake at night?
It did that to me, but it's hard to be sure.

Well here I am typing away at 4:50AM in the morning so I guess something is keeping me awake! I am a night owl though, so I'm not sure it's fair to use that against the TMG. I don't really notice any effect. Perhaps I should try taking a large dose - 10g (?) and see what it does?

On my bottle it advises me to take it first thing in the morning.

There are no dosing instructions on mine, but I have been taking it in the morning. I took some at bedtime a few days ago and slept soundly though. Paradoxical sedtaion?
