Curious about your results. I've been considering it not for weight loss, but for mood/energy improvement, chronic back pain reduction.
So, is this lemonade diet thingie all it's cracked up to be?

Any time toxin cleansing is mentioned it is qwackery. Your body is very able to remove
toxins all by itself.

Yes I couldn't agree more, but there are ways to help speed it up, for instance having saunas.

I recommend it. That said, it's not the only or best way to fast, however. And fasting is no joke, esp. if your lifestyle is highly toxic, i.e. consuming processed foods and meat, smoking, drug use (incl meds, past or present), etc. It's really important to ramp down off that stuff and start detoxing before beginning a fast so you don't get too sick.
There are discussion boards out there about it if you search. [and you probably already have..]
The Master Cleanser cured my arthritis! (I did it for 20 days).
I am still crazy, tho. (BPII)
