my pdoc recommended this for chronic back pain. has anyone tried? what did it entail? how helpful (if at all) was it for your body and/or mind?

It was nice and didn't do much. But I don't want to knock it for efficacy. There's not that much competition.

Rolfing I've tried. Even injured myself doing Feldenkreis, but that's just me. So you have back pain? Pilates is good.

I've had excellent results from cranial sacral therapy as well as waisted results. Depends on the skill and touch of whoever is doing it as far as I know.

Thanks. I've also considered Feldenkreis. Pilates seem like too much effort given my current degree of physical inactivity.
I haven't posted in awhile, but I remember your name and that we had similar depression symptoms. Sorry to hear you have had back pain, too. Hope you'e feeling better.cg
