Need a lot? I had some green tea and holy basil combined together.
Maybe I didn't take enough?

I almost always get this "bliss" after I eat Thai food, specifically some of the more aromatic dishes, like curry or soups, or the more pungent stir-fries
Some of the soups are almost like a tea:
broth, galanga, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, Thai chilis and onions are boiled until the woody aromatics give up their flavors.
meat or seafood, fish sauce added until cooked
and at the end, a whole heap of aromatics- perhaps a handful of fresh leaves per serving- holy basil, sweet basil, coriander (cilantro), some other types of herbs and a lot of fresh squeezed lime juice for tang.Or maybe it's just my happy tummy saying "Thank you"
This is the end of the thread.
