I tried DLPA over 15 years ago for chronic back pain, but it did not work for me.
Has anyone recently use DLPA with success? If so, what brand and dosage was effective for you.
I also have chronic unipolar depression and have read that it also works for depression. Has anyone had any success with DLPA for pain and depression?
Thanks

I can't imagine DLPA would do much for back pain.
Pilates has been great for me. I had an exploded disk years ago and have to watch it.
Building core strength has been the key to avoiding relapse.
