I read somewhere that red tea supposedly is a stronger antioxidant than green. I am wondering if this is true.

Never heard of red tea. There's white and yellow (hoji cha, I think). I like white tea.

Red Tea is Rooibos or Redbush tea. Easily available. I haven't tried it though, one I mean to try.
White Tea is supposed to have a lot more antioxidants than Green Tea. I don't know how White Tea and Red Tea compare with regard to antioxidants.

Oh, Rooibos is quite nice, though I don't know anything about it, didn't realise.
