This was the only acetyl-l-carnitine i could find and was quite expensive. it is strangely at 750mg for some reason. i bought it as i wanted to try some effective supplement as soon as possible, but now i read that the company that made the acetyl-l-carnitine i bought is terrible. is this true? the company is called "West Pharm".
