What herbs, vitamin or mineral, can boost norepinephrine activity with minimal effect on serotonin or dopamine?
Options I have already ruled out include yohimbe, l- dl- and d-phenylalanine, tyrosine.
But what else? I'm looking for ideas to enhance norepinephrine activity in one way or another. That seems to be where my mood is improved the most. Need some ideas.

Your options are very limited. Ephedrine, Synephrine, and Green Tea Extract are the ones that come to mind.

Vitamin C, is involved in norepinephrine synthesis. Chromium also may be involved in norepinephrine synthesis.
Like TenMan said their is green tea, which like quercetin is a COMT inhibitor. COMT metablizes norepinephrine and dopamine.
