I buy these 100 gram chocolate bars which say they contain 70% cocoa.
I was thinking about buying cocoa powder to try and more cheeply atain the health benefits of chocolate.
Anyhow, would this mean I would need to ingest 70 grams of cocoa powder to attain the amount in one of these chocolate bars ??

You gonna try this with the Viagra, Link :)
My nutritional doctor suggested cocoa and deprenyl for me, which I tried for a bit. Cocoa with Fo Ti? Or is Fo Ti just for MAO-A?
70g, a couple of tablespoons??

I am really impressed with cocoa powder!
In bulk it is much cheaper than dark chocolate. I funnle it into a bottle, and then chug it with hot water.
I used to jog and eat dark chocolate, but I think I am swiched to cocoa. Its a little bitter.
According to what I have read, the fo-ti seems to be a stronger MAO-B inhibitor than MAO-A inhibitor. OTOH, turmeric is stronger as a MAO-A inhibitor. I have mixed the two before.I am going to try cocoa and fo-ti.
