Ultimate Mitochondria/ATP Stack-Advice please

Posted by RedSoxFan79 on November 17, 2005, at 21:17:59

Ok, I need some help in terms of the best stack to increase ATP and mitochondria functioning so far. Here is what I include in my stack as of right now, which I take approx 4 days a week. If I am missing any other pathways please let me know. Thank you

Aerobic/Anaerobic exercise
CDP-Choline
Inositol
Creatine
SAM-E
Fish Oil
Molasses- For the Uridine
B vitamin complex
Betaine (TMG)
Kyolic Garlic extract

Anything else with some data behind it? Forget things like Piracetam and Hydergine, etc.. Ive tried them and they were a waste of time and money. I appreciate any info.
