i was wondering if you still thought that the naturopath you had in mind might be helpful. i am currently looking for any somatic cause to my problems... (that i gather are aspects of prefrontal lobe dysfunction and possibly also temporal lobe related) if you know any other diagnostic resources in ottawa that might be helpful that would be awesome. i'm willing to try anything now, as long as they can do the thinking and the digging, i think my mind is almost completely done now.

You are not being grabby and ungrateful at all, so don't worry. Sorry it took me a while to get back to you.
Here is the information on naturopaths in Ottawa that I had found. The first one listed has her own clinic - The Ottawa Wellness Clinic - in Orleans. She seems quite good. I hope the phone number is still valid (if not, let me know and I will Babble you the phone number I have). I would suggest that you make some calls, discuss your symptoms and other issues over the phone, and see if the person feels they are in a position to help. The visits are not cheap, that's for sure. And, as I mentioned before, the cost of any bloodwork and other tests is assumed by the patient.
