I have a floor lamp that is 10K lux and full spectrum light that I purchased from Full Spectrum Solutions http://www.fullspectrumsolutions.com/compare_ultralux.htm

It works well, although I replaced the bulb after a year. I wasn't sure, but it didn't seem as bright to me. No way to measure, though.

I also have an Apollo GoLiteP1 http://www.apollohealth.com/ which I got for travel. It's blue light. It works well, but the battery does not hold a charge for more than one session. It's supposed to last for up to four, I think. That's pretty annoying. It's super lightweight, though.
