Bioperine is an extract of black pepper that can apparently increase drug absorbtion.
Its available as a nutritional supplement, is anyone using it?
If so what brand?

The only commercial bran that has it alone and not combined with other junk is soruce naturals i believe.
I stumbled upon it at vitamin shoppe once, fairly inexpensive about 7 bucks for the bottle.
Sad thing is as inexpensive as that is,it was still too much,it did nothing for me.
I tried it with a few different supplements and drugs, and i did not notice any additional benifits from using bioperine with it,i still have half the bottle.
Another one of those things where the read on it is great, until u try it yourself. My advice dont bother, but everyone is different.
This is the end of the thread.
