St Johns Wort safe with paxil?

I need to try something as I cannot get a hold of vivarint right now (gone and only avialable in france). I need something to add to this paxil for my severe atypical vitamintosis induced depression.

Is it safe or any interactions I should know?

This is definately contraindicated.

I tried a small dose of SJW with celexa and got severe (almost life thretening) serotonin syndrome. Some have combined it for short periods of time.

You may look into the omega-3 fatty acids, I know one doctor is using omega 3 with great sucess to treat acutane induced depression (will try to find link)
