I don't know.
It is done, however.
Some sources say that combining the two will promote a hypertensive crisis.

Eric, no doubt our systems are very different, but anyway....this morning I had a protein shake, hydrolysed protein which apparently means that the amino acids are in the free form, containing according to the label the best part of a gram of phenylalanine in what I took, and of course other amino acids. I certainly noticed it, potentiated by 1mg/d deprenyl and 5 mg/d Parnate. I felt very intense, passionate and unhappy, or at least not peaceful. (My dr suggested that since phenylalanine competes with tryptophan to be transported past the blood brain barrier I might profit from some 5htp in the afternoon).
So anyway the question is how much tyrosine can you take with your large Parnate dose? Obviously some because it's in food.
(I'm sort of amazed by people on large doses of Parnate. I think that it's so strong for me, what can it feel like to stop such a large dose?)
Is the Strattera working to normalise your sleeping patterns?Declan
