There are anecdotes that support the use of this stuff, but it has never been put to a real test, such as a double-blind clinical trial.
That's not to say the stuff might not be the perfect solution for some patients. On this board, we talk about managing mental health issues with nutritional interventions. EmPower is really just a total broad-spectrum nutrient source, a mega-nutrient. The doses aren't high, but the content is broad.
In Canada, the authorities have taken legal steps against the company, as health claims are being made about it. That, again, only means they shouldn't make health claims. It has nothing to do with what it contains.
