Yes, they can be combined. Compared to the multitudes of other combinations we see at dr-bob, sam-e and sjw is very safe. They also offer your body benefits beyond brain function. As with any combination, just start with low doses at first until you get a feel for it.

Thank you for responding to my post. I was beginning to think that no one had tried the combination and, or that it wasn't safe.
