Natural supplements for SP, PD and Kava Kava

Posted by sdb on April 16, 2005, at 11:07:32

I am very unexperienced with natural supplements.

Does somebody know natural supplements working for Panic Disorder, Social Phobia

I heard Kava Kava would be a good choice. How much (mg) is needed? Where can you buy good and cheap Kava Kava. (Unfortunately in my country they did not sell Kava Kava anymore).

Thank you very much for every response.

It's hard to say how much is an effective dose, because the quality of kava kava varies dramatically, as does the individual response to it. You have to experiment.

Chronic use/abuse of kava kava can lead to liver failure. It was later determined that the liver effect was due to profiteering in the kava marketing system. It was actually a byproduct of the proper perparation of kava, something that used to be thrown away, that was sold as kava and caused the liver poisoning.

Anyway, if you can't get it in your country, do you think you can import it without trouble?

Take a look at your niacinamide thread, below.
