And what does it do? Is it an over the counter supplement as I think it is?

I'm wondering if it would be good for panic/depression.

Are there any side effects?

I was googling lithium orotate and found myself reading a previous thread from this board. It started from 9/13/03 and the last posting was 12/17/04.
