Hi Lar,
Along the same lines as there is unlikely to be any mercury in fish oils due to it being stored in the protein (hopefully my memory is OK)..
Do you know offhand if there is any fluoride in green tea extract?
OK, I'm hoping to pick your toxicologist brain :-), but being on fluoride I thought you might be interested as well.Just got some as part of a filler in my DHEA as the chemist thinks it a great antioxidant,so I thought Ok I'll give it a go.
Then I was wondering...I know we've discussed fluoride b4, and I have found that I am definitely a lot better when I avoid fluoridated water.
I do notice a significant difference and feel much less washed out within a couple of weeks!!
Before I never knew if it was just something psychological about Sydney or whether it's the water. Now I KNOW its the water, but I wouldn't exclude the psychological on top of that!!
here's an intersting link.

So that makes me feel better about the tea..and I really think I do notice that too!)

Sounds like a lot to me too. Think I'll stay away from it esp. since I'm hypothyroid.
This is the end of the thread.
