Hey everyone... Just thought I'd share a little of my experience with you. Been taking dozens of different supplements for the last year. Some work, many don't, but after so many trials and even more errors, I've decided to go back on Paxil/Klonopin. My anxiety just never went away except maybe a little. I still couldn't talk to people well, let alone go out and actually make friends. I will still keep taking B Vitamins and Magnesium Glycinate, but I'm dropping SJW (perika), and Tryptophan. They almost cost as much as Paxil anyway :( Good Luck all... :)

I'm sorry your trials with natural supplements did not work out as well as you would have hoped. At least you gave it that old college try! And, at least you know that there is a med combo that works well for you. It does make sense to continue to take the B vitamins and the magnesium. Don't forget about Vitamin C, which is supposed to be good for, among other things, strengthening the adrenal glands.
Take care.
