I want to know what herbs/supplements/vitamins can be used to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
I've been put through a lot of stress lately. It seems like I'm stuck in a hyper-aware state when I'm awake, while a lot of stuff floats around in a my pseudo subconscious which I normally have control in. I was being woken up by loud noises just before and after I went to sleep or everytime I started to fall asleep after while I became really sensitive to those noises. If that makes any sense.
