Hello:
Please let me know about alternatives to benzos, as I am currently needing to take them daily for high anxiety....
Has anyone successfully switched from a benzo to another, healthier substance.
All advice is welcome. Thank you,
Jonah

I think Salmon Oil at about 1,000 mgs EPA helps my anxiety issues. I also use taurine. I do still take Klonopin, but my dose is very low.
I'm beginning niacinamide and no flush niacin and I'm gonna see how that goes for me.

Hi Jonah,
Good to meet you and welcome.
The formulation I have is a powder that yields
675 mgs per 1/4 tsp. I take that once to twice per day. Initially, I always used twice. Now, there are times I skip an afternoon dose - usually due to forgetting.I think it works well. Hope it works well for you.
