Is it safe to mix the two? I've just started my Lexapro and ran out of Xanax yesterday. The Lexapro has been keeping me up at night (even with the Xanax) and making me slightly agitated (constantly) during the day. Of course its a Sunday and Phenibut is all I have in the house (and I'm also pretty broke right now and without insurance, so I'd like to put off a doctors visit and a script for Ambien or whatever).

To answer my own question, there seems to be no major problems. First good nights sleep this week. I did take a much smaller dose then I'd been taking previously (which I'd stopped a couple of weeks ago due to apnea) but the smaller doses with Phenibut always did tend to make me more tired then the larger doses (> 1 gram).
