For folks who've benefitted from inositol, how long did it take for you to notice anything? I can't remember if this has been discussed, or if I have asked before.

Here's some information on it:They only mention that in one study the results were evident by 4 weeks but there is other good info too (if you haven't already read this).
I just wish I knew more about it's mode of operation. The article isn't very specific about that. Could be they don't know at this point.
Have you started taking this yet?
