Yes. I took they're whole first shipment. I think I gave it two months and I might as well have taken a sugar pill. I saw no results. They started calling me when I didn't order more, and they kept calling for about four or five months. They finally gave up when I didn't return any of their calls. Maybe it works for some people, but I think the whole operation is a fraud. If it actually was some miracle treatment why wouldn't the whole medical community be extensively researching and prescribing it? It has been around for some time now.

If you look and study the ingredients it is nothing more than what you can go to your local GNC and put together yourself. Most of it can be found one-a-day vitamin! Maybe I was stupid for ordering it, but I want to leave no stone unturned in my treatment and I was willing at the time to do anything and trust them and give it a shot.

If you do a search in Alternative Babble you will some posts on it. I agree with Tom. It's nothing more than a bunch of vitamins - b complex, zinc, selenium and fish oil.

Thanx for the replies,
Half of me agrees with you but the other half is hopeful... I can't help but think that other micronutrients, particularly minerals, can act similarly to lithium... It seems very simple-minded i agree.. but em powerplus did somehow get published in the journal of clinical psychiatry...

Nutrient deficiencies are all too commonplace, despite the idea that you can get all the nutrients you need from diet alone. The individual nutrient requirement varies by more than ten-fold. If you're on the "high nutrient intake required" end of the continuum, then a "bunch of vitamins" may just be the ticket to wellness.
