increase in irritability...
i have found enada to be the quickest acting anti-depressant i have ever used and it pulled me out of a funk in a day or two...it is still working after a week or more....
but i do find that it makes me a bit more edgy and easy to irritate...i would like to have the lift but to minimize the irritability...
any suggestions?

> any suggestions?Ron Hill and I had a reduction that irritability factor by taking it with TMG (trimethylglycine, or betaine (anhydrous)). About a gram of TMG would be my suggestion.
