I've heard that inositol can help bipolar depression. I've also heard it can be good for bipolar disorder in general. Alternativly, I've heard it can trigger mania.
What is your take on inositol, it's uses and drawbacks.

Well it's late but here's my 2 cents. I can't take the stuff, it's like depression in pill form for me. Lecithin doesn't affect me this way though, just the inositol 500 tabs from GNC.
