thank you everyone. I have asked around and did some research...I also work in a clinic and there isn't an interaction...just to be used with cation because it can cause excessive sleepyness I guess.

Please let us know how it works for you. I'm considering trying Valerian soon myself. I hear there's a subset of the brand by Nature's Way (the same ones who make Perika) that have made a smell-free version as the real odor can be quite awful.
